RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – ONLINE ART GALLERY
All works can be returned and shall be refunded subject to the following restrictions:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can send the purchased item back within 7 days after the date of delivery.
In case of damaged or defective goods, you need to take a picture of the artwork and send it to us at email@example.com before returning the goods. Only items in the original or similar packaging and in the same or identical condition as at the time of purchase will be refunded.
The gallery is not responsible for any damage that occurred to the goods after the receipt of the goods by the customer.
The shipping and packaging costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
All items need to be returned securely and well packed to the gallery, using the return address listed on the original delivery.
